「大自然米の玄米を食べたい」とのお声を多く頂いたので、令和３年産より商品に登場致しました。
白屋の「大自然米」は「美味しさにこだわった」特別栽培米です。
お米の味や香りを高めて、もっと美味しく。人や環境への愛情を追求したらこの農法にたどり着きました。福岡県の香春町で育った美味しいお米。
化学肥料５割削減、農薬9割5分削減し有機肥料（菜種油粕、石灰、鶏糞、米ぬか、竹炭、蓮華草、EM菌）をたんぼに入れ込みホクホクの土壌で作った美味しいお米です。有機肥料はすべて手作業で丁寧に散布し、手間暇１０倍かけて作りました。
残留農薬検査でも、残留農薬ゼロで「ふくおかエコ認証」取得しています。
小さいお子様も安心して食べられる美味しいお米です。
「炊き上がりの食欲をそそる匂い」と「噛めば溢れ出す甘味」が特徴のお米です。
